After the Megaleg had Sharik nearly quitting the race, she and her dad were ready to hopefully turn over a new leaf in a new country. Unfortunately, that leaf crumbled until Linton’s feet during the number of times he walked through the sand with a metal detector in his hands. His struggles searching put them in last place, a position they were not able to catch up from.

Luis Colon and Michelle Burgos proved the power of manifestation, as the married couple surged ahead this leg and got the first place they visualized for themselves. Right behind them were Derek Xiao and Claire Rehfuss, who impressively passed several teams due to their quick thinking. Third place went to Marcus and Michael Craig, who kicked themselves for choosing the longer half of the Detour that deprived them of another first-place finish.
