No one! That’s because the scores from this episode’s “Heroes” dances will be combined with Tuesday’s “Villains” dances. Those scores will then inform who survives and who gets eliminated by the end of the week.
Who finished at the top of the leaderboard Monday night?
After showing a solid outing in the first month of the season, Melora Hardin and Artem Chigvintsev finally hit the top of the leaderboard. Their quickstep to a Jungle Book hit got them 36 points from the judges. Behind them, tied with 35 points apiece, were two of last week’s leaderboard winners JoJo Siwa and Jenna Johnson and Olivia Jade and Valentin Chmerkovskiy
Who finished at the bottom of the leaderboard Monday night?
Though Disney is all about storybook romance, it was not a great night for real-life couple Brian Austin Green and Sharna Burgess. Their waltz to “Someday My Prince Will Come” hit the bottom of the leaderboard at 25 points. Matt James and Lindsay Arnold finished slightly above them at 26. And a smidge above them at 27 was Cody Rigsby and Cheryl Burke, who made their return to the DWTS stage after two weeks away.
Were Cheryl Burke and Cody Rigsby back to perform on Dancing with the Stars?
Yes! The Peloton instructor and his partner got a proverbial flat tire when both were diagnosedwith COVID-19 two weeks ago. The show found creative ways for them to still participate, using rehearsal footage prior to the diagnosis in Week 2 and having them perform solo routines in separate rooms in Week 3. However, in the interim, the duo was cleared to take to the stage together for the first time since the premiere.
Did Derek Hough return to Dancing with the Stars for Disney night?
Yes! Cheryl and Cody weren’t the only ones missing from the set, as judge Derek Hough stepped away last week after possible interaction with a COVID-19 case. Luckily, Derek was back once more this episode to give his scores alongside Bruno, Len, and Carrie Ann.
