He’s dating 23-year-old Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou. Centineo and Karanikolaou started seeing each other in late 2020, but they have been keeping it low-key on social media. E! News reported the couple started dating in October after they were seen lip-locking at a private party just before Halloween. In June 2020, fans caught a flirty exchange between the pair on one of Karanikolaou’s Instagram posts. In the photo, Karanikolaou is lounging in a red and black jacket that had also appeared in many of Centineo’s posts. “Give me my damn jacket back woman,” Centineo commented, to which Karanikolaou responded, “What are you talking about, it’s my jacket.”

Not yet! Rumors about Karanikolaou and Centineo reached a fever pitch in October with claims the two got married in Las Vegas. A gossip Instagram account posted the rumor as a joke and Karanikolaou was seen wearing what looked like an engagement or wedding ring. Sources denied the marriage rumor to Cosmopolitan. So for now, the two are dating, but it sounds like it’s serious.
She’s an influencer and best friends with Kylie Jenner
Karanikolaou and Kylie Jennerhave been best friends for over nine years. Jenner explained in a video that they met at a mutual friend’s house and hit it off immediately. “You’ve been the most consistent and loyal friend in my life,” Jenner told Teen Vogue about Karanikolaou. “I feel like without you, I wouldn’t be the person I am today. Because I wouldn’t be weird anymore. I’d be trying to be normal.” The two of them often dress up in matching outfits and even got eye surgery together. The BFFs even have matching “Stormi” tattoos in honor of Jenner’s daughter. Karanikolaou is an influencer with 10 million Instagram followers, but she first became famous with her YouTube channel where she posts “beauty & fashion, cooking, exercise, and daily & travel vlogs.” She is also a part of Khloe Kardashian’s Good American “Good Squad” with her own profile on the site. On her profile on the Good American site, Karanikolaou looks down the road at what she hopes to accomplish. “In 5 years I’d like to see myself more prominent in the fashion and beauty world. I would love to do a lot more modeling and many more different campaigns. But most importantly I would love to help change the world we live in. I think we need a serious change for the better and I would love to be a part of a revolution that will accomplish that.”

Centineo and the model and Dancing with the Stars alum were romantically linked in March 2019. He and Alexis Ren met through friends before making their red carpet debut as a couple as the UNICEF Masquerade Ball in October 2019. Things seemed serious, because she even introduced him to her family. “He has a heart of gold,” she told E! “Dude, we love each other,” Centineo gushed about her. “The rest just kind of fads into the background.” In another interview, he referred to Ren as “the angel in my life.”After more than a year of dating, the two parted ways in April 2020.
Before that, Noah Centineo may have dated Lily Collins
Just before he got into the relationship with Ren, Centineo was rumored to be dating actress Lily Collinsin 2019. The Emily in Paris actress is also the daughter of famed musician Phil Collins. Centineo and Collins starred together in ARTY’s Save Me Tonight music video. They had a few flirty exchanges on Instagram and were spotted hanging out together.
Noah Centineo also dated Angeline Appel
Centineo and Angeline Appel dated for two years. It’s unclear how they met, but once upon a time, things were steamy between the Disney Channel actress and Centineo. She did appear on an episode of The Fosters in 2016. Centineo played the role of Jesus Foster on the show, so they likely crossed paths then. They called it quits in 2018.
