Tanya’s husband is working with Quentin and the “high-end gays”
One theory this season is that the framed photo Tanya (Jennifer Coolidge) found in the bedroom is Quentin and her husband Greg. The men in the picture are both wearing cowboy hats, leading some to believe that Greg could be the American cowboy Quentin met in Wyoming and fell in love with when he was young. In episode 5, Quentin opens up about the cowboy, revealing that he fell “head over heels for him,” but the cowboy was “heterosexual and completely uninterested.” Some suspect Quentin and his friends are working with Tanya’s husband.

Others speculate Tanya might not be checking into another White Lotus resort in the future because Greg is going to have her killed.
Tanya is being set up to cheat and lose money as a result
While there are viewers who think Tanya might be killed for her money, others think she is being set up to cheat. “First I thought they were trying to kill Tanya for her money, but now I think it’s about setting her up to cheat. Gotta be something in the prenup for her weird husband #WhiteLotus,” one viewer tweeted. Another thinks that the party that was thrown in episode 6 “was thrown so tanya gets caught cheating and the prenup with greg is void somehow!!!!”

If Tanya is being scammed, perhaps she will realize what is going on and kill her new friends. One individual believes Coolidge’s character is “about to throw all the gays off of the boat, and that’s who Daphne finds in the water.” Similarly, another Twitter user thinks Tanya and her assistant Portia will “figure out what’s up” and Tanya will kill “Quentin and her husband in self-defense.”
Cameron is trying to scam Ethan
Another theory that is circulating is that Cameron (Theo James) is broke. In episode 3, Cameron told Ethan (Will Sharpe) that he needs him to invest some of his money with his company. James’ character also said that he wished Ethan would have hinted that he was selling his company before it was too late for him to do anything with it. Harper (Aubrey Plaza) pointed out to her husband Ethan in the first episode that he sold his company, got rich and now Cameron is his best friend. Harper predicted that at some point Cameron was going to approach Ethan with “some kind of money-making scheme or some kind of favor or something.” She noted, “There’s a reason they invited us here.”
Alessio is not actually Lucia’s pimp
There is one theory that Alessio is not Lucia’s pimp, but is instead working with Lucia (Simona Tabasco) to con Albie (Adam DiMarco) out of money.

Albie to the rescue? Albie could try to play the hero and kill Lucia’s supposed pimp in an effort to protect her. In a sneak peek at episode 7, Albie’s dad Dominic (Michael Imperioli) tells him, “You’re just going to go through life trying to rescue every desperate girl you come across?” Albie is then heard saying, “There’s a dude stalking her.”

Ethan and Cameron die in The White Lotus Season 2 and Alessio is the killer
If Alessio is actually Lucia’s pimp, one fan theorized that Alessio might kill Cameron and Ethan since they’ve yet to pay Lucia and Mia (Beatrice Grannò).

Ethan is already suspicious that something happened between Harper and Cameron. Ethan is seen punching a man, who appears to be Cameron, in the water in a sneak peek at episode 7. Another scene in the promo shows someone holding a man in a chokehold underwater.
Daphne had a kid with her trainer
Daphne reveals to Harper in episode 5 that she has a trainer named Lawrence, who has blonde hair and big blue eyes.“I spend more time with him than Cameron sometimes,” she shares. Daphne takes out her phone to show Harper a picture of her trainer, but instead accidentally shows a picture of her kids, one of which has blonde hair and big blue eyes.

It’s possible Dateline fan Daphne might kill her husband. She admitted in the season premiere that she watches a lot of Dateline. “I love it. Husbands murdering their wives. Happens a lot on vacation,” she said. “Scuba diving. He’ll just unplug her oxygen while she’s underwater. Happens more than you think,” she added, while looking at Cameron.
Bert a.k.a. Nonno dies in The White Lotus Season 2 … but not because he was murdered
Albie’s grandfather, Bert, could very well be one of the bodies found, though it’s possible he is because of his age. He did after all fall by the pool in the season premiere. In the penultimate episode, Nonno tells his family, “There is no homecoming. Not for me, not anymore.” See if any of the fan theories are true when The White Lotus finale airs Dec. 11.
