Truly superfan and PARADE taste tester Samantha was up for the task of ranking Truly’s 2022 holiday flavors this year: Berry Bramble: “This one tastes like berries covered in sugar. It’s fine if you’re down with that—it’s the holidays after all—but be forewarned: it’s very very sweet.” Pear Martini: “Not as sweet! You can actually taste the pear, which is quite pleasant, although I did detect a slight artificial cinnamon aftertaste.” Sangria: “Nope. Artificial cinnamon and notes of tin. Just straight no. The sangrias in a can must come to an end. Make your sangria at home, friends.” Cranberry Orange: “The winner! You can taste the orange and cranberry. It’s not too sweet and has the right amount of fizz. By far my favorite. I would absolutely drink more of these.” The takeaway: “If someone brought them to a party, I would most certainly have one. Most of these are a one-and-done type of spiked seltzer, but there are definitely some interesting flavors here!” Sip, sip, hooray!
