From Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard to Darren Criss to Nick and Vanessa Lachey, here are the best of the year!

Kristen Bell & Dax Shepard

Our favorite contenders for the cutest couple award are also in the running for the cutest group costume! Bell and their daughters dressed up as the Sanderson Sisters, with her youngest, Delta, expertly embodying Sarah’s sass, Lincoln as Winnifred, and Bell nailing Mary’s curled lip. Shepard, meanwhile, dressed up as everyone’s favorite feline, Binx.

Darren Criss

The former Glee star and his wife, Mia, brought out all the stops with a series of costumes for the whole family. The first sees the trio dressed as broccoli. Later, they all dressed up as characters from Little Shop of Horrors. Their baby daughter, Bluesy Belle, went as a cup of noodles, and we almost can’t handle her little ramen hat!

Krysten Ritter

The Marvel actress and her son, Bruce, went with a Disney theme for this year’s holiday, with the toddler hitting the streets in search of candy as Buzz Lightyear and his mom dressed up as Angelina Jolie’s Maleficent.

Neil Patrick Harris and David Burtka

Known for their extravagant family costumes each year, the Burtka-Harris family continues to exceed our expectations. This year, the family of four dressed up as your favorite fast-food mascots, focusing not only on the details of their ‘fits but on the background, too!

Kate Hudson

Hudson and her daughter, Rani, only managed to get one blurry shot of their costumes while they were out trick-or-treating, but that’s probably a good sign, right? The actress was dressed as a witch, while the young girl wore a Rapunzel dress.  The second photo is probably her fiance, Danny Fujikawa, dressed up in colorful, beachy clothes and a somewhat horrifying mask.

Tia Mowry

Mowry, as self-described, went hard this Halloween. The recently-single mom dressed up as Morticia Addams, while her daughter, Cairo, went as Wednesday, and her son, Cree, went as Pugsley.

Tamera Mowry

Mowry and her daughter, Ariah, dressed up as a couple of unicorns while her husband, Adam Housley, coordinated with their son, Aden. However, the two were still somewhat mismatched, as Patrick Star and Barnacle Boy!

Melissa Joan Hart

There were a whole lot of different characters spotted at Hart’s block party, but the actress headed out dressed as Eddie Munson from Stranger Things.  A few posts earlier, she mentioned her kids had outgrown their themed costumes, but it looks like her youngest was willing to coordinate, as one was dressed as one of the kids from the Hawkins National Laboratory.

Beverley Mitchell

Mitchell and her husband, Michael Cameron, didn’t go too fancy this year, with the 7th Heaven actress wearing a themed tee reading “Big Witch Energy” and a headband full of bats, and Cameron dressed in all black, but the kids definitely went all out. Kenzie, their oldest, was dressed as a glittering witch, while Hutton, their middle child, dressed as a Viking, and the youngest, Mayzie, appeared to go as a monster ballerina, complete with a tutu and horned and three-eyed headband.

Ciara

The singer and her daughter, Sienna, channeled the iconic Williams sisters this Halloween, recreating an old “got milk?” ad from the late ’90s.

Donald Faison

The Clueless actor channeled his character, Murray, while his daughter, Wilder, killed her Dionne costume. Faison also shared a photo of his son Rocco, who went as former 76er Allen Iverson.

Vanessa and Nick Lachey

Vanessa’s daughter Brooklyn asked to “be like Mama” this year, so the kids dressed as members of the NCIS team while their parents dressed in orange prison jumpsuits.  More News:
