What is SurrealEstate about?
SurrealEstate follows real estate agent Luke Roman and an elite team of specialists that handle the cases no one else can: haunted and possessed houses that literally scare away would-be buyers. Researching, investigating and “fixing” the things that go bump in the night, the team works to create closure—and closings—even as they struggle with demons of their own.
When does SurrealEstate premiere?
SurrealEstate premieres Friday, July 16 at 10 p.m. ET on SYFY. Episodes will drop weekly on Fridays at 10 p.m. ET.
Who’s in the cast of SurrealEstate?
Tim Rozon (Luke Roman)
Luke Roman is the owner of The Roman Agency, a real estate firm that deals with those especially hard-to-sell homes. Fans of Wynonna Earp may not recognize the clean-shaven Tim Rozon at first, but Rozon spent four seasons playing Doc Holliday on the supernatural Western before settling down on SurrealEstate. Earpers should keep an eye out for Melanie Scrofano, who will guest star in an upcoming episode of SurrealEstate.
Sarah Levy (Susan Ireland)
Fired from her previous job, Susan is recruited by Luke to help sell houses for The Roman Agency. Levy is the daughter of Eugene Levy and co-starred with her father and brother as well as Rozon in the Emmy-award winning Schitt’s Creek.
Tennille Read (Megan Donovan)
The Toronto-born Read previously starred in the Canadian series, Workin’ Moms, which can be streamed on Netflix. She also guest starred on Good Witch Patience Merriwick, the ancestor of the Merriwick cousins whose disastrous relationship with Roderick Davenport kicked off a generations-long curse.
Maurice Dean Wint (August Ripley)
Ripley is the agency’s IT guy, but the tech he deals with is of a supernatural nature. Wint has had roles in over two dozen films and television shows. He has guest starred on Haven, Suits, Murdoch Mysteries and Heartland.
Adam Korson (Father Phil Orley)
Disenchanted with the church and priesthood, Father Phil joins The Roman Agency as their resident researcher. Korson has appeared on Degrassi, 2 Broke Girls, Lucifer and Longmire.
Savannah Basley (Zooey L’Enfant)
Zooey is the firm’s receptionist and de facto office manager. She knows all there is to know about the firm and its clients. Basley has worked with Rozon in the past. She had a multi-episode guest starring role on Wynonna Earp as Cleo Clanton. She previously was cast for two seasons in the Crackle series, The Art of More which starred Dennis Quaid, Cary Elwes and Kate Bosworth.
