The Friends star recently sold his luxurious penthouse condo in Century City, Los Angeles, for a cool $21.6 million, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com. Measuring in at more than 9,000 square feet, the condo spans the entire 40th floor of an exclusive residential building called The Century, which has also been home to such stars as Paula Abdul, Elizabeth Berkley and Rihanna. The huge condo has four bedrooms and eight baths, as well as multiple dining and living spaces with glass walls that offer breathtaking views of Los Angeles. The home also boasts a chef’s kitchen, a game room and a luxurious home theater. Four terraces offer more city views and opportunities for outdoor entertaining. The Century is surrounded by four acres of private gardens, and also includes a 75-foot swimming pool, a screening room, a yoga and Pilates studio and other amenities. Perry is apparently on a roll when it comes to selling California real estate. His condo sale was the most expensive in Los Angeles since at least 2015, according to TopTenRealEstateDeals.com, and he also recently sold a Malibu beach home for $13.1 million.
