During an appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden on Wednesday, Sept. 14, the 41-year-old businesswoman detailed her plan to change up her dating methods following the end of her brief relationship with Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson and her divorce from rapper Kanye West. “Clearly it’s not working, whatever I’m doing,” the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum said of her love life, which prompted a bit of laughter from the audience. (Aside from her marriage with West, Kardashian was also married to Kris Humphries and Damon Thomas, a former basketball pro and music producer, respectively.) She then went on to say that she will be looking in new places to find love, including “maybe a hospital and meet a doctor,” or even a law firm, where she could potentially find someone with a similar career path; as she is currently studying to be a lawyer–like her father, Robert Kardashian. “I think it’s gonna be like scientist, neuroscientist, biochemist, doctor, attorney, that’s maybe what I envision in the future,” Kardashian added, with Corden adding a quip that if we ever see paparazzi photos of Kardashian at NASA, we’ll know why. In her conversation with Corden, Kardashian confirmed she is single, but not yet ready to mingle as she’s instead taking some time to focus on herself. In the meantime, Kardashian said she has no plans of getting back into the dating game just yet–understandably so, considering her relationship with Davidson, 28, only recently ended. “I’m not looking [for a relationship], I just want to chill for a minute,” the SKIMS founder explained, adding: “I think I need some time to myself, and to focus, finish school all that.” The mother of four also spoke about her career plans in the future, noting that she hopes to open up her own law firm, where she will hire formerly incarcerated people.
