In the latest episode of The Kardashians on Hulu, Kim Kardashian told her sister that there are concerns that she’s “looking skinny” amid the drama surrounding the paternity lawsuit with Khloe’s ex, Tristan Thompson. “You look very skinny,” Kim mentioned to her sister. “I will say that Kendall and Kylie, not that I’m trying to out them, but they did text me and say that they were a little concerned for you because you’re really skinny. I said, ‘I think she’s a bit stressed, and I think that she—” Kim was unable to finish her sentence as Khloe interjected, downplaying the situation, “And Kendall said it? The model?” Kim replied, “Kendall said it, and so I said, ‘No, guys, she’s fine.’ And I said, ‘You absolutely have every right to be concerned, but I’m telling you, she’s fine.’”Although Kim reassured her younger sisters that Khloe was fine, the Good American CEO did tell the cameras that going through the drama with Thompson was “incredibly hard” and took a toll on her body. Khloe also saw a doctor who confirmed, via MRI, that she was showing telltale signs of brain trauma as a result of the cheating scandal, per TMZ. Khloe noted that “the hardest part about it all is training yourself to unlove someone,” adding, “This was my life for six years. And we weren’t just a couple—we genuinely were best friends. He was my workout buddy. We did all these things together. And so learning how to undo all those things, that takes time. Just because someone does you dirty doesn’t mean you fall out of love with them instantly.“Back in December 2021, Thompson was linked to Maralee Nichols, who gave birth to the basketball star’s child while he and Khloe were conceiving a child via surrogate.
