Hallmark Movies Now, Hallmark Channel’s streaming service dives in headfirst with an original Christmas movie of their own this season, Every Time a Bells Rings. Here’s what we know about the film.
What is Every Time a Bell Rings about?
Charlotte (Erin Cahill), Nora (Ali Liebert), and Emily (Brittany Ishibashi) are three sister who reunite back in their hometown of Natchez, Mississippi after years apart, much to the delight of their mother, Donna (Dee Wallace). Longtime friend Liam (Wes Brown) is also glad to see the sisters back in town, especially Charlotte. Thetrio issurprised to discover their late father had planned one last scavenger hunt for them to find theirfamily’s wooden wishing bell, which was a beloved, annual holiday tradition when they were young. Charlotte, Emily and Nora’ssearchfor clues in the days leading up to Christmas, takes them tochildhood haunts around Natchez that hold special meaning for them. In the process, their sisterly bond is rekindled and each learns an important lesson about what they want in life and in love.

Who’s in the cast of Every Time a Bell Rings?
Erin Cahill (Charlotte)
Cahill has starred in multiple holiday films for the network and has appeared in at least one Christmas film every year since 2018 including last year’s A Timeless Christmas opposite Ryan Paevey. Erin Cahill also serves as an executive producer on Every Time a Bell Rings.
Ali Liebert (Nora)
Liebert appeared in the popular Hallmark Channel movie, A Gift to Remember opposite Peter Porte and its sequel, Cherished Memories: A Gift to Remember 2. She also won several awards for her role as Betty in the Canadian television series, Bomb Girls.
Brittany Ishibashi (Emily)
Ishibashi is probably best known to Gen X audiences as Nico’s mom, Tina, on the Hulu series, Marvel’s Runaways. She has had roles on This is Us, Good Girls and Castle, to name a few.
Wes Brown
Brown joined the Hallmark Channel family back in 2011 when he starred in Love Begins and subsequent films in the series based on Janette Oke books and stories. He starred in 2015’s Love Under the Stars opposite Ashley Newbrough.
