What’s Chasing Waterfalls about?
Amy Atwater (Cindy Busby) gets the opportunity of a lifetime when a high-profile magazine gives her the plumb assignment of photographing waterfalls. The aspiring photographer doesn’t look a gift horse in the mouth and heads off to shoot some hard-to-find waterfalls. While there she’s surprised to find herself falling for her rugged guide, Mark (Christopher Russell) and bonding with his daughter, Kyra (Cassidy Nugent). Their blossoming romance is threatened when Amy’s work brings her close to revealing of the area’s most treasured secrets.

Cindy Busby (Amy Atwater)
Cindy Busby is has starred in multiple Hallmark Channel films including last year’s Romance in the Air with Torrance Coombs and Love in the Forecast opposite Christopher Russell. She previously was one of the main cast members of Cedar Cove and has also guest starred on When Calls the Heart. One of her Hallmark films, Unleashing Mr. Darcy with Ryan Paevey is one of the most popular films on the network.
Christopher Russell (Mark North)
Christopher Russell has also been in several Hallmark movies including last year’s Love & Glamping opposite Emilie Ullerup and Love in the Forecast with Busby where he coincidentally also played a character named Mark.
Cassidy Nugent (Kyra North)
The young teen already has a dozen credits to her name and has won awards for her turns in Hallmark Channel’s Love Struck Cafe and When Calls the Heart: The Greatest Christmas Blessing.
