The pair hit the streets in Midtown on Thursday night to celebrate the opening of Ain’t No Mo’, a new Broadway comedy from Jordan E. Cooper that incorporates sketch, satire, avant-garde and drag in a biting exploration of a world where the U.S. government offers Black Americans a one-way ticket to Africa, on which Union is a producer. The two were snapped walking up to the theater, smiling softly and holding hands as they approached the barrier. Wade wore a dark gray blazer over his light gray, high-necked sweater, while Union had a cream-colored winter coat draped over her shoulders. Underneath, she wore a black, flapper-inspired dress with layers of shimmery fringe all down the skirt and a pair of shiny leggings. The couple were positively adorable together, giggling with each other and leaning in close as they posed for a few photos in front of the theater’s posters and, later, the event’s Step and Repeat.
