Remember the questionable ‘Schweddy Balls’ skit? This was featured in the comedic cooking show Delicious Dish and made famous by Alec Baldwin, who played Pete Schweddy, a special culinary guest. Pete mostly wanted to show the hosts his balls. “Popcorn balls, cheese balls, rum balls, you name it.” All made, he said, from a secret Schweddy family recipe. And who can forget ‘Cheeburgers’ at The Olympia Café?! In the 1978, these were immortalized by Saturday Night Live’s John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd, Bill Murray and Loraine Newman.
